By accessing or using Adsmom’s website and services (the “Service”) at adsmom.com, provided by SIA Adsmom (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “your,” “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form binding contracts under applicable law. By agreeing, you confirm you are not a competitor using data for competitive intelligence beyond normal use.
Users create an account with valid email, name, and password. You’re responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activities under your account. By signing up or logging in, you agree to these Terms.
a. License: We grant a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service per your subscription.
b. Prohibited Uses: Do not (i) reverse engineer the Service, (ii) scrape or bulk-download data, (iii) share login credentials, (iv) use the Service for unlawful or harassing purposes, or (v) impersonate others.
We offer tiered subscription plans (Free, Premium, Pro, Enterprise). Features and pricing may change; users will be notified of any adjustments. Payment terms include automatic billing, according to the plan selected.
Free trials last seven (7) days, no credit card required; can be canceled anytime. After trial, auto-upgrades to paid plan unless canceled beforehand.
All content, data, software, and trademarks belong to SIA Adsmom or its licensors. You retain rights in your usage data, but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use aggregated or anonymized data for improving core services.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use personal data, including analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog). You consent to such data collection by using the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including accuracy, completeness, or reliability of ad data sourced from third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and defend us against claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your breach, misuse, or violation of law, including IP infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or legal obligations. You may terminate your subscription anytime via Settings. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by Latvian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting.
